The Director, Systems & Event Technology is a hands-on technical role supporting RILA’s core systems, including the AMS (Salesforce/Fonteva), email marketing (Act-On), event technology, and other SaaS tools. You will manage the technical operations of RILA’s event platforms ensuring they are configured, supported, and fully leveraged for conferences and meetings. As part of the systems team, you’ll have a hand in initiatives that reach across nearly every part of RILA — keeping data accurate and accessible, strengthening member engagement, empowering marketing campaigns, supporting conferences, and enabling committee operations.
