WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
You love the big picture, the details, and the process that connects them. You build project plans, keep work moving, and take pride in finishing what you start. You have your own systems for tracking deadlines and enjoy using office chat and video to keep teammates connected.
With your quirky sense of humor and stellar work ethic, you're a joy to have on any team. You needn't be an extrovert to excel in this role, but you do enjoy building relationships, collaborating with others, and contributing to a healthy team culture.
Curiosity and hunger are two of your superpowers. You enjoy learning, applying what you've learned, and helping others grow. You're a self-starter who welcomes feedback, seeks and provides coaching, and continually looks for better ways to improve your work, your team, and the organization.
You know that good communications isn't about sending more emails—it's about helping the right people understand the right message at the right time.
What's the day-to-day look like? You enjoy moving seamlessly between strategy and execution. One hour, you're mapping out a campaign strategy or building a paid media plan; the next, you're writing copy, editing an executive message, reviewing campaign analytics, or collaborating with the Manager of Digital Communications to bring creative ideas to life.
