Position Overview: The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key member of the senior leadership team responsible for overseeing daily operations, aligning cross-departmental functions with organizational strategy, and ensuring operational excellence across the association. The COO will work closely with the President & CEO and executive team to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and build a high-performing, efficient, and future-ready organization. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in communications, with the ability to effectively lead internal and external communications strategies in support of organizational goals. Additionally, the COO should have a broad knowledge and understanding of the ass
