Reporting to the Executive Director of the Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance (SPFA) with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the United States, the Membership Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and recruiting spray foam contractors to join our trade association by communicating the value of membership, developing strategic recruitment initiatives, and ultimately converting industry companies to increase SPFA’s membership base.   Responsibilities Identify Key Industry Companies: Research and identify potential contractor members who would benefit from association membership.
