The Association Manager works directly with the Executive Director and staff team to ensure the operational success of the client association. Manages membership databases, record-keeping, reporting and other administrative tasks. Develops and manages association website content. Acts as primary contact for members, non-members and interested parties, responding to mail, email and telephone calls. Develops Board and committee agendas.
