Position Title: Director of Operations Department: Administration Accountable To: Executive Vice President Status: Exempt Primary Objective of the Position: Manage organization operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies. Follow direction set by Executive Vice President and Board of Directors. Implements programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit. Provide direction and structure for operating units. Participate in developing policy and strategic plans.
