BASIC FUNCTION Serves as a key leadership team member and a key participant in the growth strategy of the organization. Responsible for overseeing ACOS’s membership-related activities to include recruitment, retention, development and implementation of member benefits and services all designed to promote membership growth and outstanding member experience. The Director serves as the primary liaison to multiple ACOS committees and sections to include Membership, Mentorship, IDEA (DEI), and Ceremonial committees.  Serves as the staff liaison to the ACOS Medical Students Section (ACOS-MSS) and the Residents Section Council.  Conducts the Annual Ceremonial Conclave program. Provides staff support for the American Osteopathic College of Proctology (AOCPr).
