Supports the management and execution of MBA Education’s certification and designation programs, with the greatest amount of attention on the Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation and the Commercial Certified Mortgage Servicer (CCMS) designation.
Serves as a point of contact for, and responds, to questions and inquiries from both prospective and current students and ensures the needs of current candidates are being met.
Administers and oversees the success of MBA’s digital badge credentialing program and works with stakeholders to increase student adoption and awareness of the program. Helps expand “badging” beyond current levels. Works with MBA’s vendor to report and troubleshoot issues, define requirements, and test changes.
Support the recertification process for applicable designations that includes Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB), Certified Residential Underwriter (CRU), Certified Mortgage Compliance Professional (CMCP), and Certified Mortgage Compliance Professional (CMCP).
Works with internal and external stakeholders to schedule exams, both written and oral, and oversees delivery of exams as needed.
Serves as main point of contact and manages daily administration of the Path to Diversity Scholarship Program. Work to ensure financial stability of program. Oversees the application review process undertaken by the Scholarship Award Committee, including the scheduling of review meetings, pre-screening of applications, distribution of applications for taskforce review, compilation of taskforce scores, and facilitation of scholarship award decision-making meetings.
Serves as main point of contact for Education Networking Group (ENG). Manage the utilization and visibility of the ENG online community and support the development and execution of both virtual calls and in-person meetings at MBA conferences. Seek ways to grow exposure, membership, and engagement within ENG community.
Ensures marketing communication and collateral, as well as website pages, are up-to-date and accurately reflect the most current information for both Path to Diversity and Certification and Designation programs.
Seeks continuous improvement for programs and processes and suggests potential improvements to teammates and stakeholders. Finds creative ways to better position and promote programs to potential customers and identifies new and creative ways to bring values to current members, customers, and designees.
Requires a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of prior relevant customer service, learning and development, event management, and/or program management experience. Previous experience working in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Association Management Systems (AMS) preferred with ability to learn new technologies.
Requires excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Requires a passion for customer and member services with the ability to work independently.
Requires an interest in learning and development
Ability to speak comfortably to both executives and large audiences in both a virtual and in-person setting.
Ability to manage and deliver programs, under tight/conflicting deadlines. with minimal supervision.
Ability to learn new technologies.
Requires intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) applications required.
