The AE/CEO oversees and directs the Association and the MLS's staff, programs, activities and resources, and ensures the efficient administration of the Association and the MLS.  The AE/CEO is responsible for overseeing a staff of 5 employees that serve a membership of approximately 1200 primary and secondary members.  Through outreach efforts, the AE/CEO establishes productive relationships within the membership, organize real estate relationships at the local, state, national and global levels, government, related industries and the community, enhancing the Association and the MLS's recognition and respect as an industry leader.  The AE/CEO will be able to delegate to and coordinate certain responsibilities with the GAD (Government Affairs Director).
