About TMPAA
The Target Markets Program Administrators Association (TMPAA) is an organization dedicated to the unique challenges of insurance program specialists who offer insurance products targeted to a niche market or class, generally representing a book of similar risks placed with one carrier. TMPAA began more than 20 years ago with the goal of providing access to decision-makers in insurance programs and the resources required to run a successful program business operation.
The Association now has nearly 600 member organizations and holds two conferences each year. In addition, the TMPAA maintains a commercial website, Target Programs (www.targetprograms.com), that promotes member programs to a large email database of independent retail insurance agents who can distribute their insurance products. It is through this marketing arm that the TMPAA creates and sends email campaigns on behalf of its members.
