The chief executive officer is responsible for all administration, operations, and financial management of the association. Positions the organization based on the strategic plan as well as current and anticipated real estate industry and member needs. Communicates clearly and effectively with people inside and outside the organization to develop positive relationships. Collaborates with the Board of Directors as well as the 25 local associations to work toward common goals. Understands and supports efforts that impact legal, financial and regulatory issues affecting the Association. Forward thinking, creative, and innovative leader who is open to and can promote new ideas. The position has oversight and responsibility for the following areas: Governance of Associa
