Supervisor: Director of Knowledge, Learning & Assessment
Overview: Support programs and services of the Knowledge, Learning & Assessment department. Primarily responsible for support of ACOFP’s eLearning initiatives. Helps collect and compile all documentation required for CME compliance.
Inform and assist with the implementation of ACOFP’s strategic and annual operating plans.
Manage development of new and existing eLearning programs using instructional design concepts and course authoring programs (e.g., Articulate).
Oversee the subscriptions for OMTeaching (for COMs/residencies), including coordinating marketing with the support of Communications and Engagement, processing updated residency rosters with the support of Membership, and sending access collateral to programs, faculty, residents and students.
Maintain and coordinate the license agreements, invoicing and renewals for annual subscriptions.
Manage the coordination, development, editing and implementation of podcasts, webinars and other eLearning programs.
Provide technical support, and customer service to LMS users as needed.
Edit and execute audio and video for eLearning courses.
Create and enter eLearning activities into the LMS and iMIS, including user profiles, courses, quizzes and events.
Audit and update the LMS content; ensure ADA compliance.
Help test and implement new technologies, such as video training and e-learning.
Support Manager of Meetings & Special projects on virtual event platforms.
Monitor new developments in eLearning, instructional design and adult learning for digital programs.
Oversee and support process of uploading online CME credits using AOA’s & AMA online platform on a monthly basis.
Collect and compile all documentation necessary for assigned programs to secure CME compliance for eLearning programs.
Support budgeting process for eLearning programs.
Coordinate meeting announcements and preparing minutes for assigned committees.
Cover the reception desk when required and provide daily phone back up coverage.
Provide overall support to the Knowledge, Learning & Assessment department. Support assigned special committees, ad hoc workgroups and task forces.
Support ACOFP’s knowledge management documentation process by capturing and maintaining related procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, public health, or related field or equivalent experience. Three to five years of eLearning and/or education experience. Association experience preferred, but not required.
Skills & Qualifications: A self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management, organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to think creatively and strategically as part of a team. Must be technologically savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge and proficiency with eLearning technology (LMS and course authoring), speaker management and event related software, and association management systems (i.e. iMIS) and preferred.

Must be able to travel to assigned ACOFP’s conventions, with the stamina to work several sequential 12-hour days.
