TheSr. Coordinator of Exhibitor Services & Sponsorshipwill be responsible for all customer service-related items, both internally and externally for sponsorship fulfillment for all RE+ Events. This position will also be responsible for various show floor operations items and any other administrative functions as needed.
Create impeccable customer relationships, including identifying customer needs and responding creatively, listening to information, asking questions and applying knowledge to determine solutions
Sponsorship sales lead on RE+ Annual Event, responsible for managing sponsorship budget, sponsorship sales goals and all assigned sponsorship sales logistics associated with the event pre-show, on-site and post-show
Manage the collection of sponsor logos and artwork for use in sponsorship programs. Work directly with marketing to ensure inclusion of sponsor recognition/logos in appropriate promotional materials
Process all sponsorship related fulfillment
Manage, produce and send out all sponsorship snapshot reports fourth quarter of the year
Manage and oversee sponsorship tracking grid and cost analysis grid foreach RE+ Event
Manage and update all sponsorship templates
Assist with making sponsorship sales calls as assigned
Work with and train the assigned temps for sponsorship fulfillment at RE+ Annual event
Participate and update sponsorship progress for each RE+ event meetings
Facilitate communication fulfillment process with each RE+ department event lead on a regular schedule meeting time
Responsible for gathering all tracking and shipping information on sponsorship fulfillment and ensure the operations lead has this information by the decided upon deadline
Responsible for creating a run of show for each event that clearly defines and outlines specifics on each sponsorship at each show
All invoices, collections and cost analysis to be generated and handled in accordance with our standard practices
