Provides project management support to busy and thriving meetings department. Duties include management of webinar & awards program, continuing education administration, and speaker management, Manage webinar program to include but not limited to content development, identifying topics & speakers, developing timelines/deliverables, managing technology platform, customer service. Manage awards program to include but not limited to liaison to awards committee, overseeing marketing, organizing award materials, managing judging & awarding process, production/timeline development. Manage session and speakers for annual meeting to include but not limited to coordinating with speakers, collecting presentation materials, maintaining online conference portal.
