The Society for Incentive Travel Excellence, SITE, has retained SearchWide Global to find an experienced, charismatic, strategic visionary to serve as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). SITE is a professional association of 2,500 members in 90 countries, working in corporations, agencies, airlines, cruise companies, and across the entire destination supply chain.

The association brings value to members at both global and local chapter levels by networking, online resources, education, certification, and advocacy. SITE is deeply committed to the new generation and operates a best-in-class Young Leaders program and dedicated annual conference. 

The new CEO will provide executive leadership to develop and implement SITE and the SITE Foundation’s strategic policies, procedures, and services. This position will drive SITE’s 2022/2023 vision to grow the global chapter network with a 20% increase in members and continue to raise awareness of our industry’s human and economic impact on the global economy.
