The Retail & Hospitality Information Sharing and Analysis Center (RH-ISAC) is the trusted community for sharing sector-specific cybersecurity information and intelligence. The RH-ISAC connects information security teams at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels to work together on issues and challenges, share best practices and benchmark among each other – all with the goal of building better security for the retail and hospitality industries through collaboration. RH-ISAC serves all consumer-facing companies, including retailers, restaurants, hotels, gaming casinos, travel, food retailers, consumer products and other consumer-facing companies.
The director of human resources and executive operations reports to the president. The director is responsible for overseeing all human resources-related duties, supporting and enhancing executive operations where needed, and providing support to the accounting and finance functions.

Lead the development, management and execution of human resources-related duties
Ensure the organization adheres to all appropriate legal and regulatory issues as they relate to human resources
Provide ongoing training opportunities
Responsible for overseeing recruitment for new employees, including ensuring job descriptions are up-to-date, posting job descriptions on relevant sites, reviewing and curating incoming resumes
Responsible for onboarding new employees, including interfacing with outsourced payroll, benefits administrator and background check processors
Responsible for off-boarding exiting employees, including conducting exit interviews, ensuring equipment gets returned and sensitive data securely stored
Assist the president and leadership team with implementing and managing process for employee performance reviews and metrics
Ensure job descriptions are up to date
Oversee the management of executive operations
Lead the strategic planning process and ensure updates are provided on a regular basis
Oversee management of strategic plan and executive operations
Oversee relationship with organization’s registered agent
Own organization's customer relationship management (CRM) tool, ensuring staff embrace the use of the tool for membership engagement and updates, working with team members to ensure CRM is functioning properly and effectively for the team, e.g., has correct fields, information is being inputting correctly
Lead coordination and ongoing development of internal RH-ISAC knowledge base including documented processes, training resources, tools and templates, and other resources
Ensure organization has cohesive processes and streamlined internal communications
Manage and administer employee access to relevant tools and systems
Oversee Accounting Functions & Operations Budgets
Develop annual budget for Personnel Costs
Monitor Personnel Costs and alert president of any major shifts
Oversee any consultant or outsourced resource under the director’s purview to ensure their efforts remain within scope and within the approved budget
Frequently check for sponsor and membership payments made to Bank of America and CashPro
Work with our accounts payables to ensure payments are made in a timely fashion
Coordinate with our accounts receivables to manage accounting tools and platforms, staff commissions, update staff on accounting related updates/changes
Oversee account management with QuickBooks, CashPro and Expensify
Review and manage payroll activities including processing commissions and special payrolls
Assist the president with board of director-related activities
Work with assistants of chair and vice chair to schedule year-long board calls/meetings
Assist with scheduling ad hoc meetings with board members
Work with the president on the annual board of director elections
Maintain information on board terms and officers
Oversee collection of annual conflict of interest forms from board and leadership team
Coordinate assembling board books with internal staff in order to send out to board a week before board meetings
Additional assigned duties
Work closely with leadership to coordinate employee meetings including travel, developing agenda and report outcomes
Work with other RH-ISAC teams to assist with special projects as needed
Support internal business operations as needed, including arranging conference/meeting space and coordinating travel
Support the events team with on-site operations including event space, menus, staff travel

The RH-ISAC was formed in 2014 as the home of the Retail and Hospitality Information Security and Analysis Center (ISAC) and operates as a central hub for sharing sector-specific cyber security information and intelligence. The association connects information security teams at the strategic, operational and tactical levels to work together on issues and challenges, to share practices and insights, and to benchmark among each other – all with the goal of building better security for the retail and hospitality industries through collaboration. RH-ISAC currently serves companies in the retail, hospitality, gaming, travel and other consumer-facing entities.
