This position provides logistical support, strategy, and management assistance for the marketing and communications department.
The Marketing Manager is a key player in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and brand awareness. This person will have a passion for engaging our targeted audience, for the purpose of driving the business forward.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Works with the Director of Marketing and Communications on project prioritization, maintaining day-to-day activities that support the association, including trafficking of all major projects
Collaborates with other CSI employees across various departments on production of communication materials using print, social media, website, and email tools
Stays up-to-date on relevant marketing, communications, and creative strategies in effort to create best-in-class collateral
Collaborates with marketing team and peers to build reports and dashboards that illustrate contribution to leads, meetings and pipeline
Works as part of a team to drive KPIs and lead generation activities.
CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
Plans and executes multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads – inbound (content), digital, social networks, emails, automation, display, trade shows, etc.
Jumps into existing Marketing plans, with a “can do” attitude.
Using data, identifies trends within the market and makes recommendations for new campaigns.
Manages key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generation forms
CAMPAIGN SUPPORT
Develops content with subject matter experts and/or with creative support
Ensures content created is accurate, error-free and brand compliant
Works with creative services team Push innovation through digital channels pilots to develop new approaches for enhancing user experience and campaign performance
Helps establish processes and templates to streamline campaign management and ensure consistency
Supports in benchmarking and refining campaign KPIs
WEB MANAGEMENT
Ensures timely posting of new content aligned with the firm’s brand guidelines
Manages accurate, complete and timely publishing of investment product data (e.g. “product pages”)
Develops/executes schedule for site enhancements: content, tools & data
Content/collateral management
BRANDING
This position will ensure consistent branding and messaging throughout all communications.
Coordinates and represents the company brand at customer sites and trade shows.
CONTENT CREATION
Develops and oversees content creation, including email, video, blog, podcast, and social media
Oversees and manages outside resources when appropriate
PUBLIC RELATIONS
This post will be responsible for all public relations activity on behalf of the association

EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant major required.
5-7 years of experience in association or professional services marketing & communications
Experienced with Microsoft Office, email distribution tools, social media platforms
