Large trade association is seeking a Manager, Community Member Services.  Assists in the development and implements products and services to support membership growth for the NAHB Communities.  Assists in the development of products and services to support local councils and creates uniform processes for the development of new local councils.  Works with the CMS Content Team and NAHB Marketing to enhance the visibility of community benefits and showcase the value of community membership. Key Responsibilities: Develops and provides Local council programming support. Maintains councils’ best practice and collaborates with CMS Content Team how best to communicate out to the local councils. Maintains current updates and reporting for all council awards.
