Education Manager

The International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materiel Management (IAHCSMM) is seeking a professional to join our team as an Education Manager. Reporting to the Director of Education, you will assist in the execution of various Educational projects.

Located in Downtown Chicago, IAHCSMM is the membership and certifying body for over 37,000 Sterile Processing professionals in the healthcare field. Our mission is to promote patient safety worldwide by raising the expertise and recognition of our members.

You will be responsible for:

• Coordinating the development of educational content for the Association’s educational offerings.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including developing and maintaining courses, workshop, webinars, podcasts, and programs.
• Providing technical and customer support for LMS users.
• Managing speakers for in-person and online events, including the Annual Conference.
• Assisting with the coordination of subject matter experts for educational committees.
• Developing education marketing materials in collaboration with the Communications department.
• Providing reporting for educational program and LMS statistics and survey evaluations.
• Serving as a reviewer/editor for the Association’s publications and other educational resources. Assist in writing and editing additional educational resources.

• Assisting with the Continuing Education approval process for external parties requesting to provide industry educational activities.
