The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for producing effective communications strategies for Agentis and its association clients. Additionally, the Marketing and Communications Manager will create, implement and execute marketing plans and products for Agentis and its clients.
Create member communications, social media posts, press releases, press kits, newsletters, white papers and other related materials.
Produce high quality marketing and promotional items to promote membership, educational products, conference promotions, sponsorship plans and promotions.
Develop and implement effective membership, attendance and sponsorship recruitment plans.
Provides support in executing operational and project activities.
Develops content for other projects as defined. Writes copy for social media, email campaigns and websites.
Notifies executive director in a timely manner when urgent concerns arise.
Completes all assigned projects and action items by the assigned deadlines.
Keeps executive director informed on status of projects and action items in a timely manner.
Manages assigned related client committees and programs to include call scheduling, material development, production of deliverables, facilitation of conference calls for assigned committees and produces
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel approximately 10% of the time, which includes weekend and overnight stays. Travel by plane required.
Actively participates in learning and growth opportunities provided by the company and pre-approved learning opportunities outside the company.
Practices safety in all aspects of the position.
Other duties as assigned.
