Customer Service & Membership Management Specialist

The Customer Service & Membership Management Specialist will have exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skills as well we membership and relationship building experience.

What you'll do:

• Provide customer support to members, meeting registrants, and non-members via incoming and outgoing calls
• Participate in membership calling campaigns that include outbound calls to engage with customers and upsell of membership benefits
• Enter membership applications for both RSNA and related societies into our association management system as directed and process attached payments
• Administer the customer service inbox by responding to inquiries within 24 hours or less
• Provide internal customer service for International Affairs programs and additional internal department customer service projects
• Assist in maintaining the accuracy of the database records
• Troubleshoot and maintain membership account access
• Scan and index documents for digital storage
• On-site participation at the RSNA Annual Meeting
