Director, Resource Development

The Director of Resource Development will work in consultation with and under the direction of the CEO.  The Director will be hands-on and is responsible for developing and implementing a strategic fundraising and communications plan that creates interest for corporate, foundation and individual donors to become consistent contributors in support of our mission. The Director will be responsible for cultivating successful relationships that enhance the reputation of PRS within the community and donor population. Our organization raises funds from corporations, foundations, individuals, civic groups, and an annual benefit. The Director supervises a Manager-level staff. The Resource Development team also supports the organization’s contracting activities.  Our vision is to change and save lives in our community by empowering hope, safety, recovery, wellness, independence, and community integration.
