We are seeking a Coordinator, Development & Strategic Partnerships to coordinate key aspects of the Development & Strategic Partnerships department activities including fundraising and committee activities. You will play a key role by supporting various administrative activities of the department and assisting with the development and implementation of the sponsorship/medical grant process for our programs. What you’ll bring to the job: - Minimum 1 year of office and admin experience; some college desired.
- Excellent organizational skills and customer service skills are required.
- Minimum 1 year of Associate Management System (AMS) experience is required. NetForum or Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
- Must exhibit ownership and enthusiasm for projects and department responsibilities.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to details, including grammar and editing skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

What you’ll own: - Coordinates all logistics for Corporate Liaison Board meetings, including travel coordination and meeting scheduling for Development & Strategic Partnerships (DSP) staff as needed.
- Collaborates with DSP team to prepare any materials and coordinate all logistics for corporate visits and Endocrine Society board meetings for department.
- Prepares, maintains, and distributes key departmental reports, including a weekly sponsorship report, grant status report, and updates for committee meetings under the supervision of the Associate Director, Development & Industry Relations.
- Works with DSP staff to support grant submissions as assigned. This includes acting as back-up to the Senior Specialist to assist in grant submissions and reconciliations, as needed, filing of all Letters of Agreement (LOA) and preparation of LOAs for ACCME submissions.
- Updates NetForum and maintains accurate tracking of funding opportunities, approved grants, and funds received. Provides follow up with sponsors on administrative matters as needed.
- Maintains a user-friendly fundraising and industry contacts database and an accurate list of online portals, passwords, and other information used for submitting grants.
- Assists the Associate Director, Development & Industry Relations, and other DSP staff to implement the Industry communications plan and the internal DSP biweekly newsletter.
- Provides administrative and logistical support for DSP-related functions during the Endocrine Society’s Annual Meeting (ENDO).
- Maintains Corporate Relations and Client Services filing systems.
- Orders all supplies for department.
- Provides administrative support to department as needed, including support for research activities of the department.
- Other duties as assigned.
