Member Services Assistant

Main Job Accountabilities

Under direction of the Senior Director of Membership, executes the processing of new member applications, member renewals, and membership campaigns as well as mailing membership materials to new members and Life members.

Maintains the integrity of the organization's AMS, making corrections as required and/or requested by members.

Receives and processes returned mailings.

Manages the sales and fulfillment of publication and merchandise ordering for the online Academy store.

Tracks inventory for online Academy store.

As part of the membership team, answers the phone regularly and manages member and non-member inquiries and requests with quality customer service and care.

Assists front desk/reception as needed.

Other duties as assigned.
