We are currently seeking a Senior Education Specialist for the American Society for Health Care Risk Management (ASHRM) in Chicago.
The Senior Education Specialist supports the Associate Director, Education in providing development, execution and evaluation of assigned education programs for the American Society for Health Care Risk Management (ASHRM). This position develops and plans the educational content across assigned platforms including the annual conference, online programs, and webinars. This position supports the Associate Director to ensure content is in alignment with ASHRM’s strategic plan. This position also provides volunteer and consultant leadership to implement education plans, ensuring content aligns with member data and needs.
5-7 years experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in adult education, online learning, curriculum development and program evaluation.
Faculty and volunteer management experience preferred.
Experience within an association is preferred.
Health care industry experience preferred.
Knowledge of adult learning models and instructional design required.
Knowledge of competency-based curriculum design is required.
Knowledge of education delivery platforms is required.
Knowledge of educational assessment and evaluation is required.
Knowledge of educational programs and activities is required.
