You will design, develop and implement new e-learning courses, and revise current e-learning content, in order to effectively meet the learning and development needs of the membership. You will support projects and be responsible for tasks and assignments associated with the development of learning programs. Your day might include: • Designing and creating engaging e-learning and non-digital curriculum for live classroom delivery • Appling Adult Learning methodologies and principles to all course creation • Creating and maintaining standard operating procedures for all course content development • Administering tasks within the Learning Management System (LMS) • Collaborating with team and internal clients to develop training solutions, including webinar delivery, video learning, and blended learning strategies

What you bring to the team:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in education, training and development, instructional design, or a closely allied field.
One year or more of experience with e-learning instructional design.
Experience using e-learning authoring and/or media development software, such as Articulate, Captivate, and Camtasia.
Experience using a Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Knowledge of Adult Learning theory, practice, and application.
Outstanding communication skills.
