ENA is looking for an International Business Manager to oversee sales in the international market focusing on growing ENA’s impact and reach globally. This role will lead ENA’s international sales strategy by leveraging organizational collaboration, developing partnerships, channel discovery and product positioning to further the growth of ENA products in the international market. A typical day in the life of an International Business Manager: - Partner with the Chief Development Officer in the development and execution of ENA’s international strategy and business plan.
- Lead ENA’s international strategic planning and pipeline development process.
- Drive product growth through product expansion in partnership with product management and content development. This includes the identification of new product opportunities, informing concept development and securing introductions into the international market.
- Partner with Course Management as the primary point of contact for international TNCC/ENPC course directors to ensure the growth of the products.
- Develop and execute a process to identify, assess and evaluate the implementation of key partnerships to expand ENA international business interests.
- Facilitate competitive intelligence activities to drive growth within the international market.
- Manage all performance metrics and reports to strengthen ROI reporting including; maintaining accurate client/partner records, collaborating with Sales Operations on budget expectations and sales confirmations to ensure that order fulfillment is executed smoothly.
