Executive Director

Mountain Lake Services, a not-for-profit organization serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is seeking an Executive Director. The Executive Director is responsible for the implementation of policies set by the board and the protection of the organization’s financial assets while ensuring compliance with the board directives. 

Primary responsibilities include: strategic planning, fiscal management; fundraising; human resource management; quality assurance; community and civic involvement; and compliance with government regulations. 

The ideal candidate will be a successful leader with strong operational management skills, fiscally oriented, service excellence and excellent communication skills.
