Professional healthcare educational association located in downtown Washington, DC, seeks an educational assessment coordinator. The primary purpose of this position is to develop analytics to grow revenue, enhance the organization’s business intelligence, measure member value, and improve reporting capabilities throughout operations. Data will include organizational and individual level measures. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions.
Gathering, integrating, analyzing and reporting data driven findings using statistical techniques to support membership value proposition.
Developing a business case for the products
Preparing and presenting ongoing reports for staff, Board and membership
Developing and managing databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies
Building models and analyzing data to reveal patterns and trends
Promoting best practices in assessment strategies and tools.
An understanding of data, measurement and research methodology.
The ability to create persuasive narratives and effective data visualizations.
Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, educational research, educational psychology, program evaluation or related field with an MPH, MPA, MPP, or MHA desirable
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
Attention to detail, strong data analysis skills and the ability to communicate results effectively to a non-technical audience.
